The real cause of why people smoke is the mental habit

 

None of the main quit smoking methods focus on this real cause of smoking. That’s why they don’t work. That's why you're still smoking.

So how do you get rid of the smoking habit?

 

Well firstly you need to know where your habits are located. Your habits are located in your subconscious mind. Your conscious mind is the part of your mind that you are aware of and that you use during the day to think with. Your subconscious mind is where all the things you have learnt are stored including your habits.

 

And your subconscious mind is much more powerful than your conscious mind. Your subconscious mind is what is in control of you most of the time. You’ve heard the saying “We’re creatures of habit”? Well, most of time we are simply acting out of habit and these habits come from our subconscious mind.

 

It is like when you drive somewhere and get to your destination and realise you don’t remember much of the drive. This is because, consciously you were thinking about other things and what took over driving the car was your subconscious mind because driving a car for you is a learned habit. You can think about other things with your conscious mind and your subconscious mind takes over driving the car from habit.
