How does the Quit Smoking in 60 Minutes program work?

This system uses a unique combination of advanced Hypnosis and quit smoking psychology to address the habit of smoking in a very easy, safe and effective way.


This is accomplished using two parts to the program.

The first part involves reading some information where you will learn how to quit smoking for life, become more aware of your smoking habit, learn a motivation and self empowerment technique, upgrade your coping strategies where you use cigarettes (for example for coping with stress) and learn a powerful stress management technique. Any 'mind traps' of smoking are also addressed and you will learn relapse prevention and recovery strategies.

The second part of the program uses the powerful method of hypnosis to address the mental habit of smoking at the deeper levels of your mind - the unconscious mind.


During the hypnosis session you will sit back, relax and listen to the hypnosis audio. Hypnosis is simply about allowing yourself to be guided into a very relaxed state of body and mind. This is a very pleasant and enjoyable state. 

In this relaxed state your mind functions slightly differently. The barrier between the conscious and unconscious mind is now not present. This means that we can now communicate directly with your unconscious mind and achieve the desired change at that level of the mind which is where your habit of smoking is located.


This is achieved through both direct positive suggestions provided to the unconscious mind and through certain guided exercises.


The whole process is very easy and enjoyable. All you have to do is follow the directions given. Your part in the process is very easy to do.


Now to correct some common misconceptions some people have about hypnosis:


  • Hypnosis is not sleep - at all times you are awake and aware of what is happening.
  • You will not feel anything unusual – you will simply feel very relaxed (which feels good!)
  • You are in control – you cannot be made to do anything you don’t want to do. You can still think and you will remember what happens in the session afterwards.
  • Your mind will only allow the changes to occur that you want to have happen.

Can you be hypnotised?
